


ViaComp® Viability controls are precision engineered 2‑in‑1 synthetic cell mimics designed to replicate the staining behavior of real cells for both DNA‑intercalating dyes (such as 7‑AAD and PI) and amine‑reactive viability dyes. Each drop contains a pre‑mixed suspension of positive and negative control particles that generate clear, well‑separated fluorescence peaks, enabling accurate identification of live and dead cell populations.
Unlike biological materials, ViaComp controls provide consistent and reproducible performance across operators and instruments. The ready‑to‑use dropper format streamlines workflow integration and eliminates the variability, fragility and preparation requirements associated with cell‑based controls.
ViaComp controls have been verified and validated on analytical flow cytometers and is intended for research use only.
