SpectraComp® Flex controls are precision engineered single stain cell mimics designed to optimize compensation and support accurate spectral unmixing in multiparameter flow cytometry workflows. These controls mimic the staining performance of real cells and provide a clear positive population after staining with fluorescently conjugated antibodies. Each control captures antibodies from mouse, rat and hamster sources, supporting broad panel compatibility and diverse fluorophore selections.

With unparalleled high fluorescence response and cell-like autofluorescence, SpectraComp Flex controls deliver superior signal to noise resolution and reduces errors associated with spectral overlap. The consistent fluorescence intensity and physiologically relevant scatter characteristics of all SpectraComp controls outperform traditional polystyrene based beads and support dependable compensation and spectral unmixing across instruments and platforms. To support flexible experiment setup, SpectraComp Flex is supplied in separate positive and negative vials.

These controls require no special handling or safety precautions and have been validated on analytical flow cytometers for reliable performance in, assay development and high parameter panel design.
