StimCytes™ BCMA are precision engineered synthetic cell mimics designed to support CAR‑T potency assessment through targeted BCMA specific activation, cytokine release and biomarker driven assay development. Each kit enables baseline, enhanced and negative activation profiles of BCMA directed CAR‑T cells during antigen engagement.

Unlike cell controls, StimCytes™ BCMA provides consistent antigen expression and reproducible activation characteristics that remove the variability associated with donor derived materials. These lyophilized synthetic cells feature selected biomarkers that support stable potency evaluation and streamlined assay optimization across experiments and platforms. The kit includes a baseline activation mimic, an enhanced activation mimic with enhancers and a non activating negative control to establish clear functional benchmarks.

The StimCytes™ BCMA product is part of an early release program with specifications subject to refinement as additional validation is completed.
