Cell-like controls for amine-reactive viability dyes and antibody-based panels.
ViaComp Ultra XT - Amine compensation controls are precision engineered cell mimics designed to support spectral unmixing and compensation in multiparameter flow cytometry workflows. The control binds amine-reactive viability dyes and captures fluorophore-conjugated antibodies from multiple host species, including mouse, rat, hamster, rabbit, and human.
Each drop contains a pre-mixed suspension of positive and negative control particles that generate clear, well-separated peaks with the fluorescence spectrum of the dye or fluorophore. The ready-to-use dropper format helps reduce the variability, fragility, and preparation requirements associated with cell-based controls.
Product benefits: Single control for full-panel compensation workflows; compatible with amine-reactive viability dyes and fluorophore-conjugated antibodies; captures mouse, rat, hamster, rabbit, and human antibody host species; cell-like scatter and autofluorescence; improved positive/negative separation compared with legacy ViaComp; liquid, non-biohazardous format with 2–8°C storage.

ViaComp Ultra XT - Amine uses a 3D hydrogel matrix that physically mimics the size, scatter profile, and autofluorescence of real leukocytes. Unlike solid-core polystyrene beads, ViaComp Ultra XT - Amine produces cell-matched spectral signatures, critical for accurate spectral unmixing. This eliminates the UV/violet autofluorescence artifacts common with polystyrene-based controls.
