SpectraComp® Flex XT controls are precision engineered single stain cell mimics designed to optimize compensation and support accurate spectral unmixing in multiparameter flow cytometry workflows. These controls mimic the staining performance of real cells and provide a clear positive population after staining with fluorescently conjugated antibodies.
With high fluorescence response and cell-like autofluorescence, SpectraComp Flex XT delivers the superior signal to noise resolution characteristic of all SpectraComp controls. The consistent fluorescence intensity and physiologically relevant scatter characteristics of these controls outperform traditional polystyrene based beads and support reliable compensation and spectral unmixing across instruments and platforms. Compatible with violet, UV and tandem dyes, SpectraComp Flex XT is supplied in separate positive and negative vials to maximize the number of tests and streamline workflow integration. Flex XT expands species compatibility by capturing antibodies from mouse, rat, hamster, rabbit and human sources, supporting broad panel design and diverse fluorophore selections.
These controls require no special handling or safety precautions and have been validated on analytical flow cytometers for dependable performance in assay development and high parameter panel design."

SpectraComp® Flex XT Controls are precision engineered single stain cell mimics designed to optimize compensation and support accurate spectral unmixing in multiparameter flow cytometry workflows. These controls mimic the staining performance of real cells and provide a clear positive fluorescence histogram after staining with fluorescently conjugated antibodies. With high fluorescence response and cell-like autofluorescence, SpectraComp Flex XT delivers the superior signal to noise resolution characteristic of all SpectraComp Controls. The consistent fluorescence intensity and physiologically relevant scatter characteristics of these controls outperform traditional polystyrene based beads and support reliable compensation and unmixing across instruments and platforms. These controls require no special handling or safety precautions and have been validated on analytical flow cytometers for dependable performance in daily QC, assay development and high parameter panel design. Benefits: Unparalleled high fluorescence response (greater than 10e5 MFI on most bright fluorochromes) Conveniently works with multiple species of antibodies: mouse, rat, hamster, rabbit, and human Exceptional performance for compensation/unmixing across instrument platforms Compatible with violet, UV fluorochrome, and tandem dyes Consistent fluorescence signals for reliable performance Designed to support easier analysis workflows with their cell-like attributes (size, scatter, and autofluorescence) Separate positive and negative vials for the maximum number of tests Resources: Technical Data Sheet Safety Data Sheet Certificate of Analysis Poster: Spectral Cytometry Reference Controls: The Search for the Perfect Particle Publication: Jensen, HA, Kim, J. iCoreDrop: A robust immune monitoring spectral cytometry assay with six open channels for biomarker flexibility.
